We at Horizon Center For Progressive Dentistry believe that everyone can have a bright and healthy smile.

Together, you and Dr. Saniuk will create the perfect Master Plan that is best for you.  The Master Plan can be for complete treatment, or to just stabilize your condition - the choice is yours.  Your treatment options are designed with your health and desires in mind and not on dental coverage. 

Unfortunately, dental insurance only pays a portion of your dental care. We strive to maximize your insurance benefits based on your coverage and policy limitations. To maximize benefits, we will file your claims for you. For those who wish, we will submit pre-treatment estimates prior to any treatment. We do not take HMO/DMO capitation plans.

Payment is due at the time services are completed.

We feel that finances should never be a barrier to treatment or cosmetics. We offer several financial options:

• We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.

• A 5% discount for those who wish to prepay for their dental treatment.
• An exciting new financing option from Dental Fee Plan . A new 0% interest-free option is available for those who qualify.
